Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us through the form on our website within 14 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We are not responsible for any stains, marks, or discolouration that occur after the product is used. Upon contacting us, we will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exchanges
In special circumstances where you would like to exchange an item, please note that the product must be unopened and unused, and you must reach out to us within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping fees on your exchanged item, and any difference in pricing will be charged to your original form of payment. Your exchange will be processed once your original item has arrived at our warehouse.
Returns
We have a strict no-return policy for safety and hygiene reasons. This ensures that our customers receive only brand-new, unused items. While returns are not permitted for our products, we remain committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please note that if an item is returned that does not follow our return guidelines, such as missing boxes, damaged, or used, we reserve the right to not offer a full refund or exchange. Refunds can only be credited to your original form of payment. Shipping charges are deducted from the refund.
